COVID-19 UPDATE: Essential Service designation during Covid-19 Crisis.

Storage Valet has always been the ultimate contactless service provider. From our easy phone and online ordering to our contact free delivery, we are still here and working hard for you. In response to the COVID-19 crises, we are expanding our safety focus to include extra precautions to protect our customers, employees and families here in Southern California.

Safety first! Keeping peoples belongings safe is what we do best. As COVID-19 continues to disrupt the lives of people around the world, we want to assure you that our top priority is the health and safety of our entire community. While we are continuing operations, we are taking every precautionary safety measure, including:

• • We are monitoring the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other government agencies Coronavirus updates and recommendations.

  • Customers are not required to be present for delivery or pickup. All rental agreements, delivery forms and other documents are completed online.

  • During the crises every storage unit we deliver will have the door handles wiped with disinfectant to ensure your health and safety.

  • Drivers are following social distancing rules and eliminating all person-to-person contact.

  • We are requiring frequent hand washing and use of alcohol-based hand sanitizer by all employees.

  • Team members who are not feeling well are asked to stay home. All other office staff members are working remotely from home.

  • Regular sanitation of common areas within our facility such as container door handles, locks, counters, etc. However, customers do not need to enter our offices, even to access their storage unit.

As an essential service we do not anticipate any service disruptions. Should local or federal regulations affect our ability to service our customers, we will notify you directly. For customers seeking access to their containers at our storage facility, please schedule an appointment at least 24-48 hours in advance.
