DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Please read carefully as this information determines WHERE and WHEN your container is Delivered, Picked-up and Re-Delivered. The Requested Delivery Date is the day we drop-off your empty container. This Date is required. The Requested Re-Delivery Date is the day we return your full container at the end of the rental period. If you do not know this date yet, leave it blank.

Rental Agreement - Summary of Service Terms

SERVICE OVERVIEW Following receipt of Customer's signed Rental Agreement and applicable payment(s), Storage Valet ("Company") will lease to Customer storage Container(s) of the agreed size and construction. Company shall deliver the storage Container(s) to Customer’s physical address noted above or to a Company-approved location, such as a designated pick-up/drop-off area, as applicable. Customer shall load the Container(s) with Customer's permitted personal belongings and notify the Company when Customer's Container(s) are ready for pick-up. At Customer's option, Company will collect the Container(s) and transport them to Company's warehouse for storage during the agreed Term. At the end of the Term, Customer shall notify the Company and the Company shall redeliver the Container(s) to the Customer's physical address or other Company-approved location, as applicable. The Fixed Term Rental Rate is valid for Fixed Term Rental only and includes Initial Delivery, Pick-up, Rent, and Redelivery, unless otherwise indicated. Customer will be charged the applicable Monthly Rental Rate [$79] and Redelivery Fee [$209] should the Container(s) remain in the Company’s Facility beyond the stated Term. Customer is responsible for packing the Container(s) with PERMITTED ITEMS ONLY (see Company's Standard Terms and Conditions) and in accordance with Company's instructions. Except as noted in the Company's Standard Terms and Conditions, Company will not be responsible for loss or damage to Customer's personal property during transport or storage. RENTAL AGREEMENT; STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS Customer and Company agree to the terms and conditions of this Rental Agreement, including this Summary of Service Terms and the Company’s Standard Terms and Conditions, as in effect from time to time (available on Company’s website at http://www.storagevalet.com/standard-terms/ and at Company’s offices at 341 Bonnie Circle, #101A, Corona, CA 92880), which are expressly incorporated herein. Container Size and Construction: 5x8x7 wooden container# of Containers Rented: quantity in order details below Fixed Term Rental Rate (per container): price in order details belowStorage Facility Location: 341 Bonnie Circle, Suite 101A, Corona, CA 92880 TERM; MINIMUM PERIOD The term of this Rental Agreement ("Term") shall be as follows: If you are renting for summer storage – The term commences at the end of spring semester until the beginning of fall semester the same year If you are renting during the fall semester for summer and semester abroad – The term commences at the end of fall semester until the beginning of fall semester the following year If you are renting during spring semester for summer and semester abroad - The term commences at the end of spring semester until the beginning of spring semester the following year

Alternate Contact: In accordance with applicable lien laws, please provide the name and address of another person to whom preliminary and subsequent notices of lien may be sent. If none, write NONE

Authorized Agents: If any, who may act on the customer’s account (including but not limited to accessing container(s), and closing the account). Customer will NOT be notified when Agent(s) act on the account. Any changes to Agent(s) must be in writing.
