We used this company to move from Claremont to Upland. It was so convenient because we could move at our leisure instead of being rushed when you rent a moving truck. They were on time, moved our stuff with care and picked them up 1 month later from our new home. Great price, customer service and nice units. Thanks Mike and Tom for your friendly service. We sold our house and had not yet found a new one so Storage Valet was the perfect solution! We did not want to move our stuff twice since we were going into a furnished place so having the containers was excellent. EVERYONE at Storage Valet Corona has been wonderful to deal with.

The 3 storage cubicles you delivered to my house were a tremendous help with our garage clean-out. As we sorted items, we had somewhere to place and group them — out of the way and out of the weather — until we could create a new “home” for them inside the garage cupboards. I wish we’d thought of this approach a long time ago. I’ve recommended Storage Valet to a number of friends who are wanting to attempt a similar project. Storage Valet is affordable and convenient, and everyone I came in contact with was both polite and helpful. Storage Valet offers a superior service. I have booked with PODS and 800 Pack Rat in the past. This time I decided to try Storage Valet due to cost, availability and size of the containers. They offered a container larger than its competitors, in addition, there wasn’t an additional charge for long distance moving (compared to its competitors). Pods were dropped off and picked up on time and were practically brand new. Customer service was pretty responsive as well. I recommend going through Storage Valet for your storage solution and needs.
One pod fit my couch, a bookcase, a table, 4 chairs, a trunk and a bunch more stuff. I thought the $99 pick up and delivery fee was fantastic as well. Tom, the guy who delivers the boxes, helped me and my boyfriend unpack everything and wouldn’t even accept a tip
Storage Valet is as good as it gets! I used Storage Valet for transportation and storage last summer. As I was looking for storage options, I first got a call from Alex with an extremely competitive rate for the storage pod for three months of storage. After that Katie Miller dealt with the contract and logistics. I signed the contract electronically. Katie and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful, always responding to emails promptly. Storage Valet gave me excellent customer service!

Out of all the times I have had move or store my household furnishing, Storage Valet helped immensely in making the move a painless process. I had to move out of my home and store my furnishing for 8 months. When I found a new home all I had to do was pick up the phone and give storage valet my new address. Within a day’s notice, Storage Valet arrived with my containers and set on my driveway. Upon unloading, I called storage valet again to pick up the empty containers and the move was complete! I didn’t have to make multiple trips from my old house to a storage facility, and then deal with the burden of moving from a storage facility to my new home. I saved time, money and heartache beyond explanation. All of my furnishings arrived safely and in the same condition as when I stored them. I couldn’t ask for a better service.
